System Analyst

Job Descriptions:-
• Generate overall business concept from user point of view.

• Lead and negotiate user requirement gathering, user requirement analysis for software development.

• Transform user business requirement into software design and class design.

• Involve in software coding, software testing, and software deployment.

• Ensure software development process control and software quality.

• Provide technical solution as well as technical expertise/consulting on all phases of applications systems development (e.g., analysis, design, development, testing and implementation)

• Effectively translate business requirements into sound technical architecture and/or translates an architectural design into detailed design for use by the development team.

• Troubleshoot product related issues and identify solution rapidly.

• Code as necessity arise

• Work with the developer to develop functional specifications and other technical documentations.

• Responsible for mentoring and checking tasks.

• Communicate with project leader or management of task status as well as issues on a timely basis.





Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields

• At least 2-5 years experience in Computerized Business System design and analysis (System or Application Architecture). Experience on Application Design with UML will be an advantage.

• Knowledge and experience in web application, and database tools.

• Good command of English and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of CMM or CMMI is a plus.
