Terms and conditions
Lessee is prefer to deposit for 2 months of the rental rate, and 1 month rental payment on the arrival date,
Water supply would be 25 THB/ unit used,
Electricity supply eould be 7 THB/ unit used.
( the deposit payment woul be returned to the lessee on the check-out date,
but would be deducted for the electricity, water, and other damages if occurs. )
